Listen here champ. I understand your frustrations. I get the same uncertain service operators when I speak to my provider. But you have tio understand how the real world works mate. These big companies train em in a day and then they learn on the job. They are not really techs, they are just people who haved applied for the job andc been trained up. You will never get the right answer so once you know that it is all easier to take.
